As an owner of three (3) small businesses including her legal practice, Ms. Singh intimately understands the limited resources of small businesses and start-ups.  However, Ms. Singh

also understands that often times small businesses and start-ups are required to comply with the same laws/regulations and often times need the same protections as larger businesses. 

One of the main reasons Ms. Singh decided to start her own firm is because she believed she

could better assist individuals, start-ups and small businesses if she was able to offer flexible

and non-traditional payment arrangements.

 

Ms. Singh genuinely enjoys working with her clients and getting to know intimately the business operations and needs of her client. She is skilled at thinking outside of the box and helping businesses come up with cost-effective legal strategies to minimize their risks in moving forward with certain business transactions.
