Neelam K. Singh, Esq.
Your Trusted Legal Advisor

Neelam K. Singh, Esq. is the managing member and principal attorney of Singh Law Practice, LLC.
With over fifteen (15) years of legal experience, Ms. Singh has extensive law experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts including buy/sell transaction documents, financing agreements, investor agreements, commercial leases, operating agreements, bylaws, shareholders’ agreements, stock purchases agreements (restricted and otherwise), employment agreements, employment manuals/handbooks, terms and conditions, privacy policies, service/customer agreements, purchase orders, distribution agreements, manufacturing agreements, joint venture and other collaboration agreements, consultancy agreements, intellectual property licensing, franchise agreements, producer agreements and composer agreements. Ms. Singh also provides legal counseling and guidance to a wide range of business entities, from small businesses to multi-national corporations and non-profits from various sectors, as well as individuals including artists and other creative types.
Prior to opening up her own law firm in 2012, Ms. Singh was a managing attorney at Nissenbaum Law Group, LLC, where she started off her legal career as a litigation attorney before transitioning to the firm’s transactional practice. One of the main reasons Ms. Singh decided to branch out on her own is because she is an owner of three (3) small businesses herself, and intimately understands the needs of start-ups and small businesses.
Ms. Singh genuinely enjoys working with her clients and takes the time to get to know her clients’ business operations. She is skilled at thinking outside of the box and helps businesses to come up with cost-effective legal strategies to minimize their risks in moving forward with certain business transactions.
Aside from practicing law, Ms. Singh has a strong daily breathing and meditation practice, and enjoys cooking, hiking and being. She is a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor, helping her Ayurvedic clients achieve balance in their bodies, minds and souls through breath, food and herbs. Just as Ms. Singh approaches health (and most other things in life) in a holistic manner, Ms. Singh adopts a holistic approach with her legal clients. In that respect, to many of her business clients, she serves in an in-house counsel capacity to provide a wide range of her client’s legal needs.
